Who are Maternal Circles?

Maternal Circles offers free peer support for anyone registered to give birth at George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton, regardless of where they live.

Our Project Workers provide support around mental health & well-being, advocacy, information and assistance in accessing other support & services.

Free support for those due to have their babies at George Eliot Hospital, including:

• Free transport to antenatal maternity appointments.
• Translation services.
• 121 peer support with a designated Project Worker
• Group workshops focussed on baby bonding, mental health & infant first aid.
• Help understanding what other support & services are available locally.

Eligibility

Anyone who is pregnant and registered to deliver at George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton.

To access our service, you must first complete a referral from. You can do this yourself or ask a maternity professional, or someone else who is supporting you to complete it for you.
